Welcome to my new blog series where I will give you the inside scoop on Sandy Toe Bracelet (STB). I never imagined myself being someone who made bracelets let alone have STB my own bracelet business. So if I wasn’t the owner of STB and had no clue what it was I‘d probably be questioning the name “Sandy Toe”? Like what does sandy toes have to do anything with bracelets. Well for the first ever inside scoop I’ll be telling you guys the story behind the name lets dive in. So one day my Mom and her boy wanted to go eat breakfast at a restaurant called Archie’s, which is in Fort Pierce, FL. So Archie’s has a bit of a biker/island vibe two very different things but somehow Archie’s does it, anyways, their an Indoor outdoor restaurant and they have single bar tables and people will draw and write on these mini bars and so that day that we went and sat at one of these mini bars. We get some food and we’re eating and then a little bit after my mom gets a sharpie out and hands me it and so I start writing stuff on the bar. After a little bit I realize my mom is drawing on the bottom of the bar, so there’s this little foot ledge, and so where the bar comes together with the foot ledge she’s drawing these giant scraggly looking toes and then I decided to put Sandy toes above it and basically in that moment it clicked I was like sandy toes and I kept repeating in my head. I was like Sandy toe bracelets that is what I want my bracelet company to be called and so I began making my logo and making bracelets.
